Refund policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, or damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on Sale Items or gift cards.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

European Union 14-day cooling-off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Order Cancellations

Orders may be changed or cancelled within 12 hours of placing the order. After this period, orders may already be processed or shipped and cannot be cancelled.

Refund requests made immediately or shortly after payment may be subject to non-refundable administration and payment processing charges, including fees charged by Stripe, Visa, Mastercard, AMEX, PayPal, banks, or other payment providers. These charges may be deducted from the total refund amount.

Returns

Customers may request a return within 30 days of receiving their order.

To be eligible for a return:

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned or refunded unless faulty or damaged:

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with:

  • Photos of the item and packaging
  • A description of the issue

We will review the case and offer a replacement, store credit, or refund where appropriate.

Shipping Costs

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Original shipping and payment processing fees are non-refundable once an order has been processed or shipped.

Refund Processing

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.

Depending on your bank or card provider, additional processing time may apply.

Chargebacks & Payment Disputes

Customers are encouraged to contact us directly before opening a chargeback or payment dispute.

Fraudulent or abusive chargebacks, including disputes after receiving a partial or full refund, may be contested with supporting evidence including order confirmation, tracking information, communication records, and proof of refund.

Lost or Delayed Parcels

If your order has not arrived within 30 days from the shipping date, you may be eligible for a replacement or refund after investigation with the shipping carrier.

Delays caused by customs, local postal services, incorrect addresses, or force majeure events may not qualify for immediate refunds.
